Turnning Brilliant Organization invites skilled international professionals and students studying in professional areas to join the team and help contribute to KHEN's projects. We partner with Australian Volunteers International (AVI) and Macquarie University through PACE International for international volunteers, but also with self funded skilled international individuals. We do not tend to take on unskilled international volunteers, but please get in touch with details of your experience and let us know what you can offer as we will make decisions on a case by case basis. We are also willing to hear about new volunteer partnerships. We treat our volunteers as partners and consultants in an environment of mutual learning.
Self funded volunteering means the volunteer covers all
cost. Costs will likely include; accommodation costs, flight costs, visa
costs (1 month - $30, 6 months - $180, year -$280), general living /
food and drink costs. However, rest assured that you will be given
assistance with finding accommodation and acclimatisation to the local
area in general. Your safety, security and happiness is of utmost
importance to us. Where possible KHEN will cover project activity costs
such as field visits for self funded volunteers.
