Turning brilliant organization    is a non-political Cambodian non-governmental organization dedicated to assisting the people, with a primary focus on helping the Cambodian population. 

Therefore, we have been deeply involved in Cambodia's vulnerable communities for a long time through medical services, educational support, living assistance, and community companionship, so that care is not just temporary aid, but a force that brings about lasting change.

We also carried out missions to provide assistance in several provinces, such as Kampong Cham, Battambang, Prey Veng, Kampong Thom, and Kampong Speu.
